Was suppose to watch Memoirs of a Geisha yesterday but instead we (Cikgu, Lus Clues and myself) were on a mission to look for a Ginrammy set. Well, it is the CNY season so we need to gamble and we need a set cos we don't have one. Borrowed adalah. The journey began from Karamunsing to the new Bestmart in Kolombong (which everyone had something to buy) and then we found the set at Servay Likas. Haven't got it yet so there's no point of being excited.

Oh.....the night didn't end there. We suddenly had a call from Aunty Kokoi and went to this place in Damai called E-West for beer and pool and karaoke. Made new friends with Jia Yi. Karaoke session was ok-ok la but the pool session was horrible. I forgot that the 8 ball I was only suppose to hit it last instead I hit it 2nd ... fail ... confirm I don't have the Yapp's blood for pool playing.
Note to Mommy Ruth: Let there be a pool table in the new house.

Chinese New Year is coming...more like erm Wednesday, Thursday. Friday, SATURDAY........
Went shopping last Saturday with A.Rachel and A.Abelle and then met up with N.Eng and then U.Gordon and Peanuts came and then A.Ruth and the kids came. I was the one who was suppose to shop cos I don't have the Mandarin Collar blouse yet but A.Rachel and A.Abelle were the ones happily trying on clothes...LOL...it was fun watching them...Finally, got one shirt for me when Cikgu and I went to Wisma Merdeka. Got to church just in time but I wasn't allowed to go out again after church and for that I apologise to my gang keras. Ok la actually, I didn't ask my parents for permission cos I knew the answer already...so better don't ask in order to avoid war...Had yam cha session with Ethel at our favourite spot, Ching Fa (sana Dongonggon jak ba tu) on Sunday.

If you want to go to KK this week, don't even think of driving. Better ask someone to drop you off only cos KK is PACKED. Oh, btw, I got my Mandarin Collar blouse already heheheh... Which means for this CNY I have 5 new tops kuang, kuang, kuang.....

Was watching Rockstar INXS again today...more like just now... and I was impressed with MiG for being able to sing Walk This Way by Aerosmith. But I must say (surely kena bomb by Cikgu) , now I know why JD won and why wasn't he kicked out everytime he's at the bottom 3. He's really good at rearranging the music from the original to make it his own. I must say I like his music style.... But I personally like Marty (my uncle...Uncle Marty....LOL)....S.T.U.P.D.....

Rockstar INXS is showing again in Astro's Channel [V] and this time I get to see all 15 contestants. Yeah I know out-dated me...but no harm in watching it again , right? Besides, I enjoy the show cos I get to listen to rock songs that I've never heard before. I must say though the lady contestants are just WOW, what incredible voices they have. But, now I know why JD won and not Marty (sorry cikgu). I think JD's voice and stlye of singing suits INXS' style of music. Marty's stlye more to Alternative Rock (in my opinion). Am I insane or just simply ignorance? NO? Let's say it all together.....K...I...A...S...U...!!! I bought INXS' cd and I only like 2 songs from the album 'Switch' but I do enjoy the old songs from INXS with their orginal singer Michael Hutchence.

Went to watch Perhaps Love last night and it was .............................. BORING!!!!!!! Nearly fell asleep during the show. Ate my corn REALLY slow just to pass the time but my corn was not enough...sigh...the storyline is good but the actress' acting was just BLEH... Takechi Kanechiro however, HANDSOME...slurp, slurp... Jacky Cheung's singing was superb... very Phantom of the Opera but the lyrics was funny.....'tell me that you love me, say something......why are you in silence....it is alright...because...you do love me...'.....piak..piak.....it was either the translation was really bad or the lyricist was bad........

Happy New Year 2006 EVERYONE...... A.Lulu came back for Christmas 'last year'. Had fun hanging out with her. Reminds me of KL. Can't wait for Chinese New Year cos the whole gang will be reunited again...kuang kuang kuang...

Went to Babagon, A.Blaise' place, for new year eve celebration. It was fun cos it was my first time celebrating the new year at an orchard. Then New Year(more like just now only), some of them came to my house. Like, A.Blaise & N.Elizabeth & A.Rachel, U.Rodney & Carmen & Jade & Gemma, N.Eng, A.Ruth & Heidi & Tierney, Totoy, U.Roy(he came before going to work), Ivy(she came for awhile only). It's so good to have the house full of laughter again.
